Care Instructions:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, body lotions, hair sprays or other chemicals.
  • Remove the jewelry before going to bed.
  • Avoid humidity, heat and over exposure of Sun.
  • Remove jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising and gardening.
  • Do not use jewelry cleaners as they will damage the plating of your jewelry or may also cause discoloring.
  • Gently wipe your earrings with a soft cloth to retain its shine.
  • Jewelry should be stored away separately in an air tight box or a zip lock bag.
  • Semi-precious beads are natural stones and they may vary in shape, size and color.

  • We will gladly accept Returns or Exchange, given that the goods returned are NOT damaged or used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 3 Days of Order Delivered.
  • It is mandatory to Securely pack the products and Use of bubble wrap - In case of scratch or dent or any damage in transit to the product, company will Not be responsible and will Not returning the item, we will send it back to you as it is. To avail Return Policy rights please follow the safety instructions for the return shipment - in case Any damage company will Not be Responsible.  
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 3 days(excluding Sundays) after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to TBS Customer Department, 46-C Pak Block A-I-T, Lahore, Pakistan.

1. REPACK MERCHANDISE

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

2. SHIP TO

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

3. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Upon receiving the return shipment at our office, it would take us 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays) to process you Refund or Exchange. We will notify once process gets initiated, in mean while we greatly appreciate your patience 🙂
